How does SmartCut Calculator work?
The app allows you to accurately calculate the amount of fabric and the necessary cuts for making Ripple Fold curtains, based on your project’s specific parameters. You just need to complete the following fields:
Curtain Type: Select the system you are using (e.g., Ripple Fold).
Fabric Width: Enter the actual width of the fabric you will be working with, in inches or centimeters.
Vertical Repeat: Indicate if the fabric has a pattern that repeats vertically (important for printed or patterned fabrics).
Fullness (%): Select the desired fullness percentage (e.g., 60%, 80%, 100%, and 120%) to determine how much fabric is needed to achieve the correct wave.
Return: Specify the curtain’s return, which is how much the fold covers towards the wall or the side of the system.
Center Open: Define whether the curtain opens from the center or to one side (One way).
Hem: Enter the height to be added to the bottom of the fabric for the hem.
